Terms of Service

1. Services

Daniel & Dylan Web Designs provides custom web design and development services. Specific scope, timeline, and deliverables are agreed in writing per project (ticket).

2. Quotes & payment

• Prices are quoted in USD and confirmed on your ticket page before payment.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. By paying, you agree to Stripe's terms in addition to ours.
• Work begins after payment (or deposit) is received unless otherwise agreed.

3. Revisions & scope

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions within the agreed scope. Work beyond the agreed scope may require an additional quote.

4. Intellectual property

On full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables we create specifically for you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their original licenses.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and the legal right to use any content you supply (text, images, logos, etc.).

6. Refunds

Because services begin immediately on payment, refunds are handled case-by-case. If we cannot deliver agreed work, we will refund the unworked portion.

7. Warranty & liability

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the project in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in writing. You remain responsible for payment for work completed to date.
